Returns & Refunds

Cancellation Policy :

  1. Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  2. You can request your order cancelation through the Mail: info@theelementsstudio.in

Return Policy :

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at info@ theelementsstudio.inmentioning your Order ID with a copy of the bill. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost
  2. Shipping charges are non refundable
  3. Raise your return request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment through the mail mentioned here  info@theelementsstudio.in You would receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours and a pick up would be arranged
  4. A courier boy would come along with a label and flyer to pack the product
  5. You would be notified by us once we receive your shipment
  6. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received in good condition

Exchange Policy :

We do not provide the exchange facility. Because Products once sold are considered to be yours for life! You own it for Good.

NOTE FOR RETURN & REFUNDS:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • Sarees with fall & edging and customised products cannot be returned 
  • Return request that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted
  • Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customised orders, if needed. If any further alterations are requested, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer
  1. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at info@theelementsstudio.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product
  2. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  3. If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  4. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 20 days . The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
  5. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
  6. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
  7. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for any customers
